We have testers for a reason. Don't simply "recruit" without advising the testers beforehand. Any pre-recruiting before a tester officially initiates them into the guild may lead to them being removed

2. KICKING
You don't like being kicked. Neither do other people. Don't do it.

3. TROUBLE-MAKING
You're old enough to know sensible behaviour and appropriate manners. It isn't any different from school or work. Treat others as you would wish them treat you.

A CHANCE TO MEET EVERYONE!
Heyy guys. Well as we all know, DX has been up and strong for a couple months now (I'm not too sure on the exact times and all ~ but it's been a while now!). But one thing I've noticed among the guild is the lack of a:

close and tight-knit community

There are the members that we always see on the blog or ingame. But alot of other members don't feel this sense of "homeliness" that we do. We often never hear from them, but all we know is that they're in DX. So in that respect, for the next month or two I'm really going to be pushing for everyone to try and get to know each other.

How, you ask? Simple as this. I'm planning (not too sure on the exact details) on a

HUGE SKYPE CONFERENCE for everyone in DX

This is a great great way for everyone to get to know each other and just have a chat about life in general. Make new friends, learn about each other, maybe even find that special someone *nudge nudge* The proposed date so far is:

It would be a really awesome way to kick-start a new month and really develop the DX guild to be more of a "family" than just a bunch of members in a guild.
