1. People in -DX- Quarrel with each other.
2. When an outsider make problems of us,we blame each other.
3. People think its their fault that -DX- got problems,thats y they leave.

Why we keep quarrel with each other and in the end the one who quarrel leaves?
There is only 1 answer to this : ITS BECAUSE WE CANNOT UNIT AS 1.

Other guilds can unit as 1 so can we!!

I(-DX-BANKAI) make this passage and this is the full meaning of "When We Unite As 1,Stay As 1 and Never Fall Apart":
