WHAT'S THE ISSUE..? To all DX'ers,

Let me clarify to everyone the reason I joined DX back a few weeks after its foundation. I saw a guild that was friendly, had alot of different people with different perspectives, they came from different backgrounds - but the one thing that united them all was their sincerity, genuine character and kindness. From that point on, I decided to leave -SB-, come here and hope to make genuine friends.

Now for the last few months I've been going about my business under that impression. Obviously things are not the case, and it's evident with the sudden leaving of nine people.

From pure murmuring's this is the SECOND, if not THIRD time I have heard of "some bastard in DX is causing me problems". Five people have left saying they have "personal reasons" and others in the past have just left without saying a word.

It pains ME to see the values which we upheld be undermined because of someone. It pains ME even more to see DX suddenly become like this. But most of all it pains ME that all this has been happening without me having any idea about it.

I've heard disgruntled murmurings, but that was the most I was given.

Let me ask you all.
What was your reason for joining our guild?
What did you see in it?
What did you envision for the future?

Is DX not meeting your expectations? Is there someone letting the whole group down?

For someone who has become quickly attached to DX, it isn't easy for me to watch this. It's even harder for dolly, who isn't able to do anything because she has no computer. Every few days I call her to give her updates on the latest happenings, and so what am I supposed to tell her this next round? "Oh..yeah, and 9 DX members left in the last few days because of issues even I had no idea were going on...". It's unfair to her.

Okay, fair enough, you might be thinking I take it all too seriously. Maybe I do. I just feel ripped off = =;;

So I emplore you all, get to know each other. You'll find there's alot more to this guild than just playing audiSEA. It's much more than just that.
If you have issues, work it out amongst yourselves. Everyone has issues, and neither DOLLY and I have the right eavesdrop on everything that happens. She said to me herself, "I just want everyone to get along and be happy".

Can we do this DX? That's the question I'm leaving with you.

On a lighter, more personal note ~
To those that are leaving, thanks so so much for joining ^.^ It's been a pleasure having you on board the DX-boat. I'm sure everyone feels the same waay. I've always wanted to give each of you a personal message, but never had to chance to, so I'm doing it now:

BoBo ~~ thanks for everything. Really. You've helped so much with the guild, helped dolly find a direction for the guild, and just been an overall top-notch marmie!! <3~ Everyone's gna miss you

Blood ~~ gosh, to be honest, I think I only ever played a few rounds with you. BoBo told me you contributed a heap to the FAM as well ~ So really, thanks so much for that.

HaZa ~~ I WILL beat you!! You watch meee RAWR XD Gosh, when dolly and i heard you putting millions of den into the FAM we were like WHOA..seriously, your dedication is so awesome ! I didn't really get to know you properly, but man, I'll remember you as a freakin audi pro

Dawn ~~ ahaha i remember first talkin to you on skype =] and both you and bobo were making up the ahgong / ahma thing ><. and gosh you still owe me a song *wants to hear dawn sing* ! If I ever drop by malaka ill try and find you! LOL =ppp

SHADAN + BENDAN ~~ I didn't really get to know both of you either >< But then, I remember you both were in the guild for ages. Also probably because we never really talked properly. Your presence in the guild will be remembered ~ And SHADAN, say hey to your cousin for me XD

LIME/ZANY/HONEY ~~ omg you change names more frequently than I change underwear (JOKE!! dont take that seriously RAWR). I'm a regular reader of your blog, so thank me for those blog counts LOL! But yeah, you my friend, I'll remember you as the crazy one. Dunno why, you always left me with the impression that you were all happy / jumpy / cheery all the time ~

To anyone else I missed ~~ >< Sorry. I guess I really never got the chance to get to know you properly. But thanks for being in our guild. I really hope you enjoyed yourself.

Haha I make it sound like they're leaving, never to be seen again =( Don't think that way!
