GIVING BACK TO OUR WORLD Well, I was reading through a magazine while having a coffee today and I found something really interesting that I'd like all of you to try.

It's called "FreeRice" and it's found at http://www.freerice.com/

Basically, the concept is this. In the site, there's a small multiple choice vocabulary quiz that asks for meanings of words. For every question correctly answered, the company gives 20 grains of rice to third-world countries. Money is raised by sponsors, which can be seen at the bottom of the page.

Essentially, this is a two-step program.
1. It improves your vocabulary and your English.
2. It allows you to be a global citizen and contribute to the issues in our precious world.

It took me 5mins to donate around 1000 grains of rice and it's really simple and rewarding. It isn't very strenuous and the layout is simple to follow and understand.
